Think of it as a Filipino rice meal — a main, a rice and a noodle side, portioned so you leave full.

How We Build It at Mar's Sisig

The sisig is the same recipe as our full Sizzling Sisig plate: chopped seasoned pork with a tangy, spicy topping, cooked to order. It is plated with fried rice and noodles so the flavours carry across the whole meal.
